About The Position

The Sr. BIT Programs Specialist manages an application product portfolio to deliver solutions for US cross-functional business teams, effectively translating business needs & requirements into an efficient process, data flow, business process flow, & system integrations flow to steer discussions with stakeholders through resolution. This role applies knowledge & analytic skills to support multiple IT applications to identify customer business requirements, and captures, analyzes, and communicates timely, accurate, & actionable tasks to drive complex findings/business needs through resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science/Arts in related discipline or 3-5 years of experience in related field
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
• Good teamwork & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in technical and business writing skills
• Good communication, meeting facilitation & documentation skills
• Experience with various methods of requirement elicitation
• MS Office suite skills, Visio/Process Flow chart skills, Project Management software skills
• Demonstrate understanding of data formats - json, xml, flat files
• Demonstrate the understanding of integration concepts - webservice, message integration, etc.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document accurate business & system requirements for sign off
• Document stakeholder review feedback on deliverables & action the comments through closure
• Collect and analyze systems and operational data to provide recommendations to improve efficiency, employee, and/or customer experience
• Conduct business process flow analysis & mapping
• Assist with data specifications mapping & feedback review between DHL stakeholders and vendors
• Document user acceptance test steps to ensure the business use cases & criteria are accounted for
• Assist with creation of test data and/or ticket requests to load specific production data into multiple TEST environments to support appropriate acceptance test stages
• Execute initial end to end system integration test cases prior to execution of User Acceptance Test
• Track & capture evidence details of defects to be raised, steps to replicate the issue, & status of fixes/retests needed
• Track & capture evidence details of functionalities tested passed
• Assist to review updated job aids needed
• Track impacted configuration items for proper tracking/creation of RTP checklist for change management & configuration management
