The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values. As a Bindery Operator , you will… Play a crucial role in the finishing of printed marketing, promotional, and other essential materials that drive store success. Efficiently set up jobs and meticulously follow ticket instructions to ensure timely and accurate completion. Uphold and exceed all quality standards while strictly adhering to operational, safety, and quality procedures. Accurately enter production data into our Monarch data collection system. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, including troubleshooting and performing minor repairs as necessary. Perform corrective maintenance promptly to minimize machine downtime. Partner with maintenance technicians or external vendors for significant repairs. Provide training to team members as requested by the supervisor. Collaborate with leaders to provide valuable feedback for upstream production improvements. Act as a key partner with the planning team to ensure job setups are optimized for efficiency and quality. Work cross-functionally and assist in other work areas as needed to support business needs. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Ability to work independently, adhering to established processes and directions with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners.
  • Proficiency in reading, understanding, and following job instructions.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating equipment.
