Your Team, Your Impact Join Marvell's HR team as an HR Operations Specialist and play a key role in driving efficiency and compliance across the organization. In this role, you’ll help ensure company resources are used effectively by reviewing budgets, applying company policies, and optimizing internal HR systems. Your work will directly contribute to creating a smooth, streamlined HR experience that supports our people and business goals. What You Can Expect Lead day-to-day benefits operations within HR Shared Services, including administration of health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary programs, as well as handling Medicare forms, dependent verifications, and employee escalations. Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for benefit inquiries related to enrollment, FSA/HSA, COBRA, retirement plans, and other programs. Manage benefits invoicing and reconciliation processes, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments. Conduct regular audits (pay period, quarterly, annual) to maintain compliance and data integrity. including annual plan audits and NQDC reviews. Partner with Payroll to resolve escalations and ensure accurate benefit deductions. Support annual U.S. Open Enrollment through auditing, portal reviews, vendor coordination, and leading or facilitating employee enrollment sessions to ensure accurate communication and engagement. Assist with system implementations, file integrations, and process automation initiatives. Maintain and enhance knowledge base articles and the benefits website to improve self-service. Coordinate additional programs such as tuition reimbursement, adoption/surrogacy benefits, and labor law compliance posters. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets SLAs and compliance standards. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in benefits operations and shared services processes while documenting detailed administrative procedures for all assigned responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the HR Operations or U.S. Benefits Administration . Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience with benefits administration, compliance, and vendor management Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and vendors. Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, and multi-state compliance requirements. Proven experience supporting Open Enrollment and annual audits. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail for audits and reconciliations. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the HR Operations or U.S. Benefits Administration .
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
