Requirements

5+ years of application development and batch programming using C, UNIX and SQL (Postgres and/or Oracle)
Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to include coding, testing, etc.
Experience with software design and development methodologies

Nice To Haves

Experience with Healthcare/Medicare/Medicaid IT systems is highly preferred, in particular with Managed Care and Member subsystems

Responsibilities
