About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer for Salesforce Commerce Cloud to join our growing digital commerce practice. As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the technical implementation of enterprise-scale eCommerce solutions while mentoring junior team members and driving technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or a combination of relevant education, training and experience
• 7+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, React, and Commerce Cloud Digital APIs
• Experience with managing and building version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web services integration
• Passionate about joining a championship winning team

Nice To Haves

• Experience with engineering a global, multi-currency, multilingual eCommerce site
• Strong understanding of GDPR and CCPA compliance
• Custom application development background
• Experience with microservices and composable architectures
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex features on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform
• Help lead technical direction for major commerce implementations
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
