About The Position

You’ll use your experience and technical skill to ensure every build meets quality, documentation, and performance standards. In this role, you’ll serve as a technical resource on the production floor — guiding other technicians, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring best practices are followed. You’ll also collaborate closely with leads, engineering, and quality teams to identify build issues, improve processes, and maintain consistency across shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience at the technician level
• Must have experience from start to end builds
• Must have experience with torquing round connectors
• Must have experience with epoxy applications
• Preferred experience with thermal overwraps
• Familiarity with torque tools
