About The Position
The Strategy & Consulting (S&C) team is an internal Pfizer team that works with Pfizer senior leadership to lead the development of holistic business strategies, across Corporate, Commercial and R&D. Our work on high impact business challenges and opportunities enables Pfizer’s purpose-driven growth agenda and our mission to deliver breakthroughs that change patients’ lives. Unlike external consulting teams, we collaborate closely with our internal business partners, have shared goals and operate with greater agility. As a team that works across the business and enterprise, we are able to bring strategic connections and make a difference by combining robust consulting approaches with our intimate understanding of Pfizer’s business challenges. We collaborate with our business partners to develop cohesive and high impact strategies which shape Pfizer’s growth and future.
