About The Position

The Sr. Associate, Provider Compensation at Forefront Dermatology plays a strategic leadership role in shaping and executing provider compensation strategies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or related field
  • 7+ years of related work experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, compensation management software, and financial modeling tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in compensation strategy and program management.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare compensation regulations, including Stark Law and Fair Market Value assessments.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive experience in provider compensation design and administration.
  • Strong background in healthcare operations and physician group management.
  • Project management certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of provider compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the development and continuous improvement of compensation models, including collections-based and profit-sharing structures.
  • Conduct complex financial analyses and modeling to support compensation decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Advise executive leadership on compensation trends, regulatory changes, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations related to provider compensation.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal departments to integrate compensation strategies across the organization.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and board committees as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
