About The Position
This position is for permanent position within Retail Banking and Transformation team. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Program Manager who is able to run multiple projects at the same time and specializes in using Jira to streamline processes, manage complex workflows, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. As a Project Manager with Jira expertise, you will be reporting to the Project Director of one of the top 5 projects in Santander US. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned and deadlines are met. A key part of your role will be building and updating multiple executive reporting using Jira to manage epics, user stories, and KPIs reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, driving them in the Ways of Working from initiation through completion.
