The Sr. Associate, Program Finance position at L3Harris Technologies involves supporting program financial management through Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques. The role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that financial performance is monitored and reported accurately. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality while developing leadership capabilities as a business partner.

  • Develop time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, supporting Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting.
  • Provide management with early warnings of potential performance issues by analyzing financial performance of programs.
  • Conduct budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, and internal/external reporting.
  • Develop quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and assist in accurate projections of Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data.
  • Analyze costs and staffing to ensure actuals are within budget and charged correctly.
  • Generate program financial artifacts such as EV reports, graphs, and analysis for customer reporting.
  • Educate PMO and CAMS with internal reports on cost and schedule performance.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 0 to 2 years of experience, or 6 years of prior program finance experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with business financial management techniques including government and commercial contracts, earned value analysis, and financial planning.
  • Basic level knowledge of Earned Value and EVMS.
  • Advanced experience with Excel and other MS OFFICE tools.
  • Experience with Deltek Cobra, Peoplesoft, and Hyperion is a plus.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and thrive in an inclusive environment.
  • DoD contractor experience preferred.
  • Security Clearance or the ability to attain one is preferred.
