Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance or equivalent field.
• 9+ years experience with financial pricing, financial modeling, and/or marketing analytics.
• Overall proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience utilizing advanced analytics to drive decision-making.
• Experience with SAS, SQL, Tableau or Python preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, including the ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.
• Detail oriented, self-starter, takes initiative, independent worker.
• Ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders and work with them on initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve growth or profitability and mitigate risk.
• Create and maintain reporting to assist in management control activities.
• Prepare and present materials for pricing committee and other executive forums.
• Execute and analyze impact of pricing changes, strategies, and tactics.
• Manage aspects of rate change opportunity vetting and forecasting, including business case and stakeholder impact assessment development.
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of pricing methods, policies, processes, procedures, or techniques.
• Work within cross-functional teams and product/service owners to develop pricing for new products and services.

• Base Pay Range Minimum: $90,000.00 USD
• Base Pay Range Maximum: $155,000.00 USD
