Role Scope: The Sr. Associate, Investigations (“Investigator”) reports directly to the VP of Compliance (Compliance Officer) and serves a key role in ensuring investigations are completed in accordance with federal and state requirements and organizational policies to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Investigator is responsible for conducting thorough, objective investigations into incidents, complaints, and reports related to regulatory compliance, patient safety events, potential ethical or policy violations, and quality of care issues.
