This role is part of Alcon's Supply Chain function, a team that manages the logistics, inventory management, and supply chain analytics for Alcon's industry leading products to ensure products are delivered efficiently and effectively so that people can see brilliantly. The Sr. Associate I, Master Data Governance & Management (Professional Path), is primarily responsible for optimizing master data management by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security through data governance policies. You will apply advanced knowledge and analytical skills to perform specialized tasks and conduct independent research.

  • Perform specialized tasks and conduct independent research to optimize master data management outcomes
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security by implementing data governance policies and processes
  • Make decisions within the scope of assigned tasks using advanced knowledge and analytical skills
  • Adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Ensure rigorous quality control, complete all required training, and commit to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrate advanced project management and communication skills to effectively coordinate all master data related changes
  • Ability to perform in a leadership capacity and effective task management with cross-functional teams
  • Cross Functional Leadership - coordinating and driving associates both internally and externally across all Alcon sites
  • Enterprise Mindset - capable of seeing the big picture to provide deep, accurate analysis and make strategic decisions

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
