We are currently seeking a Sr. Associate, Financial Services Data Transformation in Financial Services for our Consulting practice. This role involves supporting client engagement teams in designing and executing data management strategies, standards, and guidelines. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify data sourcing requirements for key end usages of data, prioritizing critical data to test and monitor for quality. Analyzing large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights will be a key part of your responsibilities, as well as interpreting findings and connecting them to actionable recommendations. You will present analysis results in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, you will support the design and implementation strategies to optimize clients' processes and systems through data transformation. This includes defining data requirements, developing data flows and models for transformation initiatives, enhancing processes in monitoring and managing data quality, and identifying and resolving data issues, anomalies, and inconsistencies. Conducting data control testing to identify any gaps or weaknesses in data controls over key business processes will also be part of your role. You will assist the engagement team with key project management activities, including client status updates and supporting the development of client proposals and internal offerings.
