About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our dynamic team in San Diego, providing support across a wide range of projects and industries, including distressed real estate projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of tasks, ranging from low-to-mid-level responsibilities to higher-level strategic initiatives within our firm. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding or quick ability to grasp our work, with a background in real estate operations or finance preferred. Approximately 40% of the role involves on-site management of properties, requiring hands-on operational oversight. Our clients often find themselves in situations of distress that require expert advice swiftly. These situations, whether they present as a crisis or an opportunity, may necessitate restructuring, workout, turnaround, or even wind-down strategies. During these critical times, our clients look to us to provide a steadying hand for the best outcome. The position is based in the San Diego County area with expectations to work in the office 5 days per week full-time.
