The Senior Associate Event Planner specializing in tradeshows will support the planning and execution of engaging tradeshow experiences that drive sales growth. Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in supporting and organizing tradeshows and events.
  • Strong organizational, communication and project coordination skills; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing spreadsheets and using data to inform decision making.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and financial awareness.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce and Exhibit Force experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for sales leaders involved in regional tradeshows, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate booth asset ordering and shipping, maintaining optimal inventory levels to ensure all necessary materials are available for successful event execution.
  • Assist with tradeshow registration processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion to meet all deadlines.
  • Manage tradeshow intake and approval process for assigned tradeshows.
  • Manage the cross-functional tradeshow calendar and sales resource pages.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to optimize tradeshow participation, offering support and insights.
  • Gather and analyze tradeshow data to evaluate performance, providing insights to inform future planning and enhance overall event effectiveness.
  • Assist in annual planning, forecasting and budgeting for tradeshows, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.
  • Support exhibit force inventory and tradeshow shipping logistics, assisting in troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials, providing necessary resources and guidance for sales teams and tradeshow managers.
