About The Position
The Corporate Finance Senior Associate at Northwest Bank is responsible for underwriting complex relationships within the large corporate and middle market portfolio. This role requires in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, as well as the ability to design and recommend credit structures that align with client needs and the bank's risk appetite. The Senior Associate will engage in regular client interactions and may participate in loan syndication activities when Northwest Bank acts as the lead agent.
