Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, or a relevant discipline.
• More than 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Technical knowledge of delay analysis methods and analytical approaches to prepare or analyze claims and construction expert reports.
• Familiarity with project control scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Client Relationship Management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis, delay analysis, and damage quantification on large construction projects.
