Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent field.
  • 9+ Years Relevant Financial Program management experience.
  • 9+ Years Experience in building and maintaining complex stakeholder relationships.
  • 9+ Years Extensive experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • 9+ Years Developing and coaching others indirectly or directly.
  • Ability to manage resources, set scope, time scales, and deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Managing multi-year projects with cross-enterprise interdependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong trusted relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and influence senior leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of project and portfolio management tools.
  • Familiarity with business case creation, financial tracking, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Ability to create strategic plans for future business growth.
  • Strong background in banking products and services.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on complex, strategic projects as a subject matter expert.
  • Develop strategic direction for the relevant business area and manage the lifecycle from project initiation to program closure.
  • Resolve risks, issues, and dependencies while measuring and monitoring program actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with key operating areas to prioritize competing business needs.
  • Build internal relationships and manage up effectively.
  • Report program and project status to executive levels through steering committees.
  • Secure, lead, motivate, and inspire internal and external resources for program delivery.
  • Establish program governance including sponsors, approvers, and stakeholders.
  • Provide end-to-end project management ownership for a portfolio of projects.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Communicate program updates including project health and status to stakeholders.
  • Develop presentations, dashboards, reports, and other project communications.
  • Participate in business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and project funding processes.
  • Engage and develop a high-functioning team to deliver business results.
  • Perform project planning with stakeholders to establish project definitions and plans.
  • Support complex initiatives affecting multiple functions or businesses.
  • Develop and implement project risk mitigation plans.
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.
  • Foster collaboration between internal resources and third parties/vendors.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of digital innovations.
  • Collaborate with Risk partners to close audit findings.
