We are in search of a driven, self-motivated team-player who will thrive in a constantly changing and time sensitive environment. This role requires a candidate that is energized by solving complex problems, has the tenacity to push through to complete difficult projects, and is intent on enabling users to succeed. As a Sr. Associate Business Intelligence Analyst at CoverMyMeds, you will empower our clients and internal teams by providing world-class analytics solutions. This role focuses on pulling and analyzing data, maintaining and enhancing reporting, and providing clear recommendations that help the business optimize network-related products and workflows. The ideal candidate will serve as the go-to data person who can connect the dots for clients and colleagues. A successful Sr. Associate Business Intelligence Analyst can analyze large, complex data sets and extract meaningful information. We believe success in this position requires the drive to systematize and automate the creation, quality assurance, and distribution of analytics.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, not required
  • Beginner-level knowledge of SQL (1-2 years)
  • Knowledge of and some experience with Tableau (1-2 years)
  • Bright, outstanding problem-solver
  • Passion for data analysis and data visualization
  • Strong technical skills with high business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Provides analytics that support our provider, pharmacy, and payer clients
  • Support our technical, product, and operations teams in decision making based on sound data insights
  • Collaboration with internal client-facing teams to provide support in advancing our partner relationships
  • Creating interactive self-service solutions for our internal stakeholders
  • Analyzing system behavior to identify anomalies and opportunities for improvement
  • Analyzing user activity and uncovering irregularities
