Requirements

BA experience, ideally in insurance.
Knowledge of one P&C function: Claims, Billing, or Policy Admin.
Ability to draft user stories/acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodology.
Effective communication with business users and IT teams

Responsibilities

Analyze and refine requirements for insurance projects.
Assist in gap analysis and suggest improvements.
Support workshops and requirement walkthroughs.
Participate in testing and validate requirements
