About The Position

We’re seeking a Sr. Associate Brand Manager to support a high-volume line of business. This individual would be responsible for select digital initiatives during a high-priority build phase. This person will report to an experienced Brand Manager and will help manage the intake, development, and execution of branding and advertising projects—bringing a strong brand lens, steady judgment, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, advertising, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record supporting the development and execution of brand and marketing work.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, digital, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and architecture.
  • Working knowledge of market research, consumer insights, and basic data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate inputs into clear direction and next steps.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Technical proficiency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfort working across channels including digital, email, social, print, and web.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Workfront strongly preferred; experience with AEM is a plus.
  • Adobe Suite and/or Figma is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Business partnership + brand leadership
  • Understand business and marketing objectives for Auto (B2B & B2C) and owned channels; champion brand solutions that support business goals.
  • Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to evaluate objectives and creative briefs; provide strategic and tactical brand recommendations.
  • Translate business needs into clear direction for creative and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment from kickoff through delivery.
  • Creative + project stewardship
  • Partner with the Project Manager and Creative Lead to source internal creative resources and build clear, actionable project plans.
  • Manage production and implementation of advertising and marketing tactics across channels, supporting integrated, omni-channel campaigns.
  • Facilitate creative reviews, capture feedback, and ensure revisions are clear, actionable, and on-brand.
  • Coordinate with internal (primary) and external (secondary) creative partners to drive cohesive creative outputs.
  • Governance, approvals, and issue management
  • Ensure all legal/compliance/risk/control requirements are met for campaigns, and that appropriate approvals are secured.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment; surface risks early, propose solutions, and escalate issues appropriately to your direct manager.
  • Maintain organized documentation, timelines, and status updates to keep partners aligned and moving forward.
