We are seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager- Foodservice (SrABM-FS) to join our Business-to-Business (B2B) team to support our Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Cereal, Granola, Hot Cereal, Peanut Butter, and Pet businesses with a primary focus on our Foodservice channel and additional support for our other Non-Retail Channels. The SrABM-FS will manage the 4Ps of Marketing (Pricing, Product, Placement, and Promotion) and partner with Sales to support key customer initiatives and presentations to drive growth across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of foodservice marketing experience in product/brand/category marketing.
  • Proven commercialization experience including go-to-market strategy, launch execution, and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Demonstrated analytical expertise in leveraging market insights to shape data-informed strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to execution, with clear communication to cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Previous Management Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and gaps for new and/or existing products in the category.
  • Act as business lead for Non-Retail within PCB's commercialization process.
  • Develop Charters and participate in Stage Gate process.
  • Work closely with the commercialization cross-functional team to successfully bring new items and package formats to market.
  • Responsible for the semi-annual formal SKU Rationalization process for the Foodservice (Non-Retail) Team.
  • Facilitate the creation of Sales Support Materials with targeted selling propositions utilizing the PCB Studio.
  • Lead the Foodservice Digital/Social Media Strategy.
  • Manage the PCB Foodservice Website content direction and e-commerce opportunities.
  • Analyze competitive pricing trends and COGS to maximize profitability while effectively positioning the categories for growth.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and revise Foodservice product promotional spend to ensure profitable category volume growth.
  • Support the Foodservice Sales Planning Manager with the monthly Forecast by providing updates on promotional activity.
  • Implement and support development of the category strategy, positioning, value proposition and roadmap.
  • Perform Market Research using 3rd parties as well as feedback from current and potential operators.
  • Provide Foodservice business inputs for monthly and quarterly business meetings.
  • Administer reporting on business performance with Finance, Marketing, and Demand Planning departments.
