What you’ll do: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Confidential Administrative Support: Perform confidential administrative duties, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, and interacting with executive, administrative, and line management personnel, external customers, and vendors. • Operational and Administrative Oversight: Assist the Senior Manager in managing daily activities, prioritizing assignments, and establishing administrative standards and work methods to ensure smooth and efficient organizational functioning. • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, plan events, and make travel arrangements to support the Senior Managers and the broader team. • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, presentations, and other essential documentation, and execute special projects involving research, data analysis, and report preparation. • Administrative Duties and Guidance: Perform a variety of administrative duties such as processing bills, vouchers, requests, payroll, personnel, and budgets, and provide guidance to assistants and managers regarding administrative practices. What you’ll need: Overall Purpose: Performs confidential administrative duties for one or more Senior Managers while assisting in the management of operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and the achievement of organizational objectives. What you’ll bring: An entry-level professional with foundational knowledge, applying company policies to routine issues. Follows standard procedures to analyze data and perform transactional work. Contributes to project fulfillment and organizational objectives, influencing productivity and expenditures. Works under regular supervision with visibility primarily within the department or region.
