About The Position

We are currently seeking a Sr. Assistant Manager, E-Commerce Marketing Activations and are open to a remote work arrangement. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, enhancing digital consumer experiences, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing activations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, digital activations, or related roles.
  • Confirmed ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and drive online engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CMS platforms, and e-commerce technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience leading initiatives that enhance customer experience and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms for On! Nicotine.
  • Launching eCommerce enhancements, outlining business requirements and cross-functional alignment with teams.
  • Implementing SEO optimizations for onnicotine.com webpages, positioning the site for increased organic traffic and improved digital visibility.
  • Facilitating quarterly business partner reviews and creating strategic frameworks to unify teams around omnichannel collaboration workstreams.
  • Utilizing Adobe tagging and analytics to improve campaign tracking and performance.
  • Managing cross-functional ecomm projects involving brand management, go-to-market, and promotional value changes.
  • Collaborating with internal partners (i.e. Brand, Legal, Compliance, Development Teams) to ensure executional consistency and alignment across the site.
