About The Position
Betty is a fully integrated creative agency devoted to building better. We are looking for a Senior Art Director based in Minneapolis or Chicago to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is someone who prioritizes creating remarkable work, strengthening client relationships, contributing to agency growth, and building consumer experiences for an increasingly multicultural and global world. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' business challenges and generating integrated creative ideas, developing concepts and designs that help our clients move their businesses forward. You will partner with copywriters and other creatives to deliver big ideas and continue to push the boundaries to find new and better ways to improve our clients' businesses. As the lead art director on projects and productions, you will present your work and develop strong client relationships, while also being a go-to for new business pitches and juicy client projects. You will help foster an inclusive, inspiring, and energetic working environment that ultimately leads to great work and happy people. Collaboration with cross-functional team members, including other creatives, account management, production, strategy, and media, is essential. Staying abreast of trends and new media formats, absorbing ideas from social, TV, art, culture, etc., is also part of the role. Meeting deadlines and requirements, from kickoff to final delivery, is crucial.
