Position summary: Responsible for performing all phases of architectural work from conceptual design through construction administration.
Responsibilities
- Present directly to the client on technical and design solutions
- Review process of contractor submittals and shop drawings
- Develop fee proposals, monitor schedules and budgets
- Ensure quality control reviews throughout project completion
- Reply to RFI’s and issue clarifications, COP’s Change orders as needed
- Review and Process project invoices
- Work closely with the Project Manager to execute project plans
- Coordinate with Project Manager to directly supervise the teams' design and technical delivery
- Participate in the conceptual design and provides full support through the entire project
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on specialized systems
- Liaise with Project Management, other Architects and consultants
- Develop and represent lead technical viewpoint on projects
- Coordinate with Director and Department Head on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies
