Senior Analyst - Identity and Access Management Team Core Responsibilities Lead and manage user identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies across enterprise systems. Serve as a subject matter expert on identity governance platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager). Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business units to define and enforce access control policies. Conduct access audits, analyze entitlements, and remediate violations to ensure compliance. Maintain and optimize IAM infrastructure, including integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday and Epic. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for identity lifecycle processes, access controls, and governance workflows. Lead incident response efforts related to identity and access anomalies. Document and maintain IAM procedures, workflows, and system configurations. Participate in vendor evaluations and contribute to platform selection and implementation. Drive automation initiatives to streamline access provisioning and reduce manual interventions. Provide training and guidance to junior analysts and stakeholders on IAM best practices. Integrated team that includes both IAM and Office 365 Administration to enhance user collaboration and productivity across the company. Technical Skills & Tools Experience with IAM platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID Governance). Project Management and Business Analysis experience Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with directory services, SAML, OAuth, and other authentication protocols. Some experience scripting (e.g., PowerShell, JSON, Python) for automation. Understanding of Zero Trust principles and identity fabric architecture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IAM or IAG roles, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
