Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling. As the Sr. Application Engineer, you will be selecting, configuring and quoting commercial refrigeration equipment from our vast product offering and capabilities, with limited supervision. Our team plays a pivotal role working with our outside sales team, customers, and end users to provide expert guidance in both pre- and post-sales refrigeration support. Our team’s responsibilities span, selection, quotation, configuration, and problem solving of standard to complex refrigeration system ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and that our product portfolio is applied effectively. You will also have opportunities to work as a team contributor to our industry leading engineers for both product and software development.
