About The Position

Senior Application Developer At this time, we are not considering candidates that need any type of immigration sponsorship now or in the future, such as additional or permanent work authorization. This position will work in-person at our office in West Des Moines, Iowa. Requirements

• College degree or equivalent plus 3-5 years relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of .NET, C#, XML, SQL required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be results oriented and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
• Customer focused mindset with strong analytical, problem solving and system design skills sets.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written in both technical and non-technical settings.
• Ability to work in person from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Nice To Haves

• ETL and Informatica skills are a plus.
• Experience with FAST integration and/or FAST Data schema preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the software development life cycle, including analysis, technical requirements, design, coding, unit testing, implementation and maintenance of application software.
• Engage in special projects by supporting the design, development, testing and delivery phases of the release.
• Conduct research and maintain high level of knowledge in systems software/hardware to ensure operations and implementations are of the highest quality.
• Develop problem solving techniques to assist other development staff personnel in the research and solving of program problems.
