About The Position

This senior-level role involves full-stack development within the Microsoft stack, focusing primarily on MedTrac, our custom core application that manages referral management, utilization management, distribution, and reporting. MedTrac is integral to our home care benefits operation, supporting services for health plan clients. The Senior Application Developer will play a leadership role in designing, coding, and modernizing system components, building and supporting integrations, and collaborating across teams to drive business outcomes. In addition to strong development capabilities, this role includes mentoring other developers, contributing to architectural planning, and playing a key part in innovation initiatives, particularly those involving Generative AI (GenAI). The Senior Developer will work closely with our existing MedTrac consulting team and, once hired, our new Sr. Cloud Developer, to accelerate our modernization roadmap. This role is critical to supporting our strategic modernization initiatives, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and delivering innovative capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with C#/.NET Core and ASP.NET Framework (VB.NET or C#)
  • Advanced skills in a JavaScript framework (e.g., Aurelia, Angular, React) and TypeScript
  • Strong SQL Server capabilities, including stored procedure development and performance tuning
  • Experience with MVVM and/or MVC pattern
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, SOAP, and REST APIs
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations
  • Experience applying GenAI tools in production or pilot settings
  • Familiarity with Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and bias mitigation strategies
  • Comfortable with tools like Hugging Face, LangChain, or GitHub Copilot
