About The Position

The Senior Professional, Application Development job will lead a small team. This role also builds, maintains, integrates and implements SAP’s S/4 Supply Chain Planning software applications to Cargill’s Protein and Salt businesses and functions. With minimal supervision, this job performs complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.

Requirements

• 4 years of relevant work experience in multiple areas of SAP S/4 Supply Chain Planning.
• Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.

• Strong preference for 4+ years of relevant work experience in multiple areas of SAP S/4 Supply Chain Planning.
• Professional Experience with integrations between SAP and external production planning applications.
• Confirmed stakeholder management, presenting to and influencing executive leaders.
• Confirmed experience working on high-impact global ERP projects, strategic initiatives, and change management initiatives.
• Professional Experience with SAP IBP, Advanced ATP, SAP BTP and/or SAP DM.

Responsibilities

• Capture and analysis of business requirements for SAP.
• Research and provide solution alternatives and implement the preferred recommendations.
• Build complex application configurations to meet user and business requirements.
• Identify improvements to complex application support processes and procedures.
• Perform advanced configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
• Maintain open communication with users to respond to complex application support requests.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and Super User training.
• Conduct complex technical application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
• Partner with multi-functional teams to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals.
• Represent Supply Chain Planning workstream to project leadership.
• Plan workstream staffing and budget; Coach, develop, and mentor individual team members.
