The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Application Analyst based at our National Center in Dallas, TX. The Sr. Application Analyst is a senior professional who analyzes changes in product design to determine the effect on the end product design and function, and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of minimum prior meaningful experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with customers and vendors to determine a process for change reporting.
• Checks the updated engineering information and records to ensure they comply with the rules and guidelines for managing changes.
• Applies in-depth knowledge of applications to guide customization of and compatibility with vendor guidelines.
• Analyzes application data, identifies problems, and recommends and guides fixes.
• Reviews current state and recommends future state updates.
• Ensures applications are efficient, user-friendly, adhere to best user experience practices, and meet accessibility compliance.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope and responsibility of the job level and family.
