About The Position

In this role, you will identify and generate opportunities for different applications while developing customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, and similar events. You will provide education on Honeywell products through technical presentations and offer competitive intelligence and insights into market trends. Maintaining existing OEM relationships and continuously developing new OEM business will be key responsibilities. System Integrators are a major channel for the Modular Systems business to market, and you will ensure good vertical coverage of system integrators while maintaining a healthy pipeline using tools like SalesForce.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience working with control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, VFD, RTU).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices.
  • Excellent team and communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
  • Ability to influence a broader organization.
  • Ability to influence customers while maintaining healthy relationships.
  • Significant experience in selling industrial products.
  • Deep technical expertise.
  • Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in maintaining demo systems across the entire product portfolio for Modular Control Systems.
  • Experience in System Integrator development.
  • Experience in OEM development.
