About The Position
We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to build and scale the data infrastructure that powers decision-making at Charlie Health. This person will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, ensuring that our therapists, clinical teams, and business stakeholders have access to high-quality, reliable data. They will work closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to design scalable data models, optimize data workflows, and drive a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making. This role is foundational to making Charlie Health’s data more accessible, accurate, and impactful—helping us improve outcomes for the teens and young adults we serve.
