  • Assist in providing strategy and oversight for Treasury activities.
  • Create daily liquidity reporting.
  • Review and monitor liquidity alerts and buffers, reserve requirements, funding gaps, stress tests and contingency funding plans.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining liquidity controls to comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Constantly upgrade and maintain Treasury's technology infrastructure consisting of Excel and Python based tools.
  • Day-to-day execution of operations in liquidity risk, Cash and Collateral Management Processes.
  • Validate the accuracy of internal reporting of financial and operational data.
  • Perform variance, reconciliation and forecasting analysis of key financial data.
  • Ensure adherence to established standards and risk limits.
  • Contribute to a strong internal control environment.
  • Ensure treasury policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve code and spreadsheets utilized by the team.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent field.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work well within a team, prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive.
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
  • Detail oriented with ability to research, organize and analyze financial data.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Advanced in MS Excel, proficient in Python.
  • Technology exposure preferred.
  • Competitive salary range of $56,250 - $95,000/year.
