About The Position

Translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications that undergo business stakeholder review. Job Description This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, balancing flexibility with collaboration. In-office expectations are 2–3 days per week, averaging 10–12 days per month in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office. Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, High School (HS) (Required)
• General Experience - 3 to 6 years

Responsibilities

• Document complex "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
• Coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable. Generally done at the level of project phases.
• Use data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business.
• Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
• Interpret, contribute to, or lead business case creation with client departments to quantify current costs, justify project investment, and identify the return on investment.
• Conduct an enterprise readiness assessment to determine the organization's readiness for change.
• Lead facilitated sessions for requirements elicitation, focus groups, and user acceptance testing.
• Utilize the appropriate modeling tool(s) to diagram the requirements from data and state changes, process and process improvements, as well as use cases and user stories.
