As a People Services Talent Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various stakeholders on initiatives that are essential for the success of the enterprise. This position involves adapting projects to meet evolving business needs, which may include analyzing, improving, and standardizing existing processes to enhance engagement and the utilization of Talent tools and resources. You will be responsible for providing detailed analyses and reporting to key internal stakeholders, creating training materials and quick-reference guides to support HR processes and systems, and acting as a liaison between key partners. The Senior Analyst will be part of a dynamic team composed of highly motivated individuals with diverse backgrounds, including management consulting, project management, and healthcare delivery. This role is primarily based out of our Denver headquarters, with an in-office requirement of two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), although remote candidates may be considered if they demonstrate strong qualifications and core competencies during the interview process. The interview process will include an initial phone screen, an analytical assessment, a behavioral-based interview, a case study, and a call with the hiring manager and/or VP.
