Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Industrial Management required.
  • 2-4 years experience in supply chain management focusing on one or more functional areas such as planning, fulfillment, vendor performance and operations required.
  • 2-4 years experience in collaborating across teams building cross-functional relationships preferred.
  • 2-4 years experience in supporting large-scale projects aimed at cost savings and improving operational efficiencies preferred.

  • Training in and experience applying one or more change management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage processes and coordinate deliverables on projects.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification from APICS that validates expertise in supply chain management and operations.
  • Supply Chain Management (CPIM) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM): Certification that demonstrates knowledge in production and inventory management, essential for planning and fulfillment roles within the supply chain.
  • Six Sigma Certification: Certification that indicates proficiency in using Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency and quality.
