The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico: What You Will Do Identify, prioritize, and implement process automation and process improvement activities across the overall order fulfillment process. Validate internal customer demands for material, software, and services for completeness and accuracy. Through independent analysis, determine the compliant and optimal approach to requisition setup to enable seamless downstream execution of contractual orders. Prioritize the creation and release of compliant procurement requisitions in the appropriate procurement system (APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, or SRM). Provide requisition issuance oversight and communication of status throughout the procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order to material receipt and through to invoice posting and payment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the Procurement to Pay process that includes identifying and managing corrective actions. This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience
- Experience with SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, & SRM
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe
Nice To Haves
- CORE Apprentice and/or Champion Certification
- Experience managing workload and prioritizing tasks
- Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and analysis
- Experience working with stakeholders that support the procurement to pay process
