Sr. Analyst Supply Chain Strategy & Ops

Advance Auto PartsRaleigh, NC

About The Position

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a high performing candidate to join our Supply Chain Strategy & Ops team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for driving analytical insights, strategic initiatives, and transformational change across our end-to-end supply chain. This role is ideal for a self-driven problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys breaking down complex business problems, excels at pulling together rigorous analytics and is motivated by measurable business impact. You will work closely with supply chain leadership and cross-functional partners to shape strategy, develop scalable solutions, and enable data-driven decision making that improves performance today while building the supply chain capabilities of the future. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in turning data into insight, insight into strategy, and strategy into execution. You are energized by complex, ambiguous problems and comfortable operating without a predefined playbook. You are deeply analytical, but always focused on real-world business outcomes, not just analysis. You balance strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset. You are curious, proactive, and driven to make things better—even when the path forward is not obvious or challenging. You can move seamlessly between data, strategy, and stakeholder communication.
