About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain Operations team. In this role, you'll be supporting the Director of Supply Chain Operational Excellence and working with stakeholders across the Supply Chain and broader company to analyze our performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help execute strategic initiatives designed to improve our Members' experience and deliver key business results. The ideal candidate is able to turn complex data into clear, compelling stories. You're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive on solving tough problems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience analyzing large datasets and translating complex information into easy-to-understand insights
  • Proficiency with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g. Looker and SQL required)
  • Ability to lead and execute smaller-scale projects, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills - you can tell a story with data
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma professional or demonstrated evidence of equivalent skills and passion for Continuous Improvement and process engineering
  • Work well both independently with minimal supervision and in a collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable learning new business processes, technologies, and software systems
  • Experience with Google Workspace - advanced knowledge with Sheets and Excel preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build reporting tools and dashboards to provide insights on our business performance and outline actionable recommendations
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and dashboards for leadership, translating data into clear insights on key KPIs and OKRs
  • Support leadership by helping to frame, research, and analyze the most critical supply chain challenges, providing data-backed recommendations
  • Work closely with teams in Supply Chain, Finance, and Enterprise Data to gather data, build models, and ensure alignment on project goals
  • Analyze current supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and help to design and implement improved workflows
  • Develop compelling and clear presentations for a wide range of audiences, from team-level updates to executive business reviews
  • Adapt to evolving business needs with a flexible and problem-solving mindset
