The associate must have a foundation of core project management skills with an added level of analytical prowess, the ability to story tell, and act as the connective tissue in/out of the Store Operations organization. Expectations for an internal consultant consist of improving organization effectiveness, facilitating client learning, building consensus commitment, assisting with implementation, providing requested information, providing solutions to the given problem, conducting diagnosis that may redefine the problem, and providing recommendations.
