About The Position

As a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Strategy, you will be part of a team that is helping shape the strategy for: Our Aetna business including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and Individual and Family Plans businesses and/or Our newly formed CVS Healthspire Health Care Delivery business unit including our Retail Health, Accountable Care, Home Care (Signify Health), and Primary Care (Oak Street Health, MinuteClinic) businesses. We will determine alignment based on candidate interest and experience. Our Enterprise Strategy team is a small, high-performing group that works closely with senior leadership to pave the way for the future of our company. In Strategy, you will work hand-in-hand with senior business leaders to identify and analyze exciting new opportunities to drive growth and differentiation in a dynamic industry. This position has a unique opportunity to be on the cutting edge of CVS Health's aspirations to grow our health services and care delivery capabilities and maintain Aetna’s leadership in the market. In this role, you will engage across our core businesses, develop strong relationships with senior executives, and provide analysis, guidance, and direction within areas of expertise.
