As a Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of Sunbit’s credit card business. You will sit at the intersection of finance, product, and operations—translating complex financial data into clear insights that drive decision-making at the leadership level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Adept at crafting C-level narratives using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to support complex cross-functional projects and influence the organization.
  • Solid understanding of balance sheet lending and consumer credit dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for the credit card business line, including revenue share, interchange fees, CECL allowance, and interest income.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated models to track Life-Time Value (LTV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and unit economics for credit card users.
  • Partner with relevant teams to monitor delinquency rates, net charge-offs (NCOs), and provisioning (CECL) to understand their impact on the bottom line.
  • Partner with leaders across the customer organization and support expense planning for the credit card business and customer care business units.
  • Evaluate new initiatives, pricing changes, and expense decisions through scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Design and automate dashboards to monitor key metrics.
