The Sr Analyst, Field Service Excellence is responsible for driving strategies and activities to improve Field Service Engineer technical and non-technical competencies within the designated areas. This is a key role joining the area leadership team to serve as the Area owner for training and mentoring, developing and approving mentors through a “train the‑ trainer” approach while leading mentor user groups and advanced in‑-person mentoring sessions for FSEs. ‑The Sr Analyst acts as a technical coach through DM huddle consulting, escalation support, and ownership of hot units to identify skill gaps, while continuously expanding technical expertise and driving T&I audits, service manual improvements, and AR-based training content. Establishes standards and best practices across FSE roles—including car stock, time management, and non‑technical onboarding—while partnering with senior leadership to close knowledge gaps, support Kaizen initiatives, and strengthen overall field capability. This position reports to the Area Service Director and is part of the Field Service Organization located within the West area territories and will be working remotely to cover West area territories.
