The Senior Analyst, Sales Reporting and Integration, is responsible for delivering accurate and timely sales reporting, supporting integration processes, and contributing to the evaluation and redesign of end-to-end (E2E) sales processes. This role ensures consistency and transparency in sales data across wholesale, retail, and inventory channels, enabling informed decision-making and operational efficiency. The position focuses on maintaining reporting frameworks, analyzing data trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align reporting standards with business objectives. The Senior Analyst also assists in process improvement initiatives and supports integration meetings to ensure alignment on KPIs and reporting requirements.

  • Develop and maintain standardized sales reports and dashboards for wholesale, retail, and inventory performance.
  • Validate data accuracy and consistency across systems, ensuring compliance with global reporting standards.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management, highlighting trends and variances.
  • Collaborate with Sales Planning, Product Management, and Logistics teams to ensure reporting supports strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in evaluating and redesigning E2E sales processes to improve efficiency and business outcome.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within reporting workflows.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling for planning and performance reviews.
  • Participate in integration meetings to align business requirements and ensure actions consistency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales reporting, data analysis, or business integration.
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting data insights to stakeholders.
  • Understanding of automotive sales processes and reporting standards.
  • Ability to manage and interpret complex datasets.
  • Collaborative mindset to work across multiple business units.
  • Continuous improvement orientation with focus on efficiency and data quality.
