Responsible for overseeing the Safety Management System for IOC Dispatch, Central Load Planning, Flight Planning Support, and Crew. Providing support for managing the CLP and Dispatch ASAP and Safety Assurance (SA) programs including LOSA. Developing metrics to be utilized in the quality assurance process ensuring regulatory compliance and internal and external audit compliance. This job is a member of the Safety Assurance team within the Integrated Operations Division.
