Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in addition to Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, 5+ years experience.
  • Master's Degree or equivalent work experience required in quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or similar), and 2+ years in a business analytics role in Revenue Operations.
  • Experience in SQL Server and Python.
  • Skilled in data mining, predictive modeling, and machine learning frameworks.
  • Significant experience designing, developing, and deploying complex data analysis projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in healthcare analytics
  • Experience with Epic EHR or Cogito Certification
  • Experience with visualization in Power BI
  • Certification or experience with Snowflake
  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse (data modeling / ETL)

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced analytic strategies and efficient tools that empower ROC to leverage data insights.
  • Demonstrate expertise in employing Python libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn and pandas to harness machine learning capabilities.
  • Analyze diverse performance metrics within the ROC, encompassing claims, denials, collections, accounts receivable, and finance utilization, to uncover valuable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with ROC, IT, Epic and cross-functional teams to optimize realizable revenue by identifying collaborative opportunities.
  • Identify, communicate, and act on trends and patterns present in intricate company, regional, and office-level data sets, driving realizable revenue.
  • Leverage Python, SQL, and Power BI to proficiently transform intricate data sets into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance ROC operational solutions, including scorecards, dashboards, and methods, using business analytics.
  • Direct the design and execution of data-driven solutions that address business needs, fostering efficiency through reporting and automation.
  • Implement rigorous analytical methodologies ensuring accurate and consistent reporting for informed decision-making.
  • Support organizational readiness and stakeholder analysis for validation and change management initiatives, contributing valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with ROC weekly to align priorities and address their needs or requests effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
