We play into the growing market trends of active lifestyles and, health and wellness. We are hiring a Sr. Reward Analyst to join our Total Reward CoE team. The Sr. Reward Analyst will support the Head of Performance, Reward & Mobility in design, delivery and continuous improvement of Glanbia’s Reward Programs.   As the Senior Reward Analyst you will manage the operational delivery of our Reward strategy, programs and services, to support the achievement of Glanbia’s People and Business objectives.     As a key member of the Total Reward CoE, the focus of the Senior Reward Analyst is: The role will support the delivery of key initiatives such as taking a lead role in the annual reward cycle, market benchmarking and job evaluation services to support business specific initiatives and partnering with the wider team to deliver critical compliance analysis and reporting e.g. EU Pay Transparency.  You will also manage and maintain key processes and procedures, research reward topics, analyze data and provide advice and guidance to HR colleagues and People Leaders on Reward issues.   The role is US based with travel to our Chicago offices required as requested.     About Glanbia   Glanbia is a better nutrition company with three divisions: Performance Nutrition, Health & Nutrition and Dairy Nutrition. Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles; the annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 plus an annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations and targeted salary is midpoint of range. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a reward, compensation, or HR analytics role.
  • Strong analytical skills with an intermediate proficiency in Excel a requirement; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.
  • Proven track record in supporting the implementation of successful reward programs
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with HRBPs and People Leaders to distill reward messages into a digestible format
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking platforms and Job Evaluation methodologies
  • A strong teammate that can work independently as part of a Global team

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the delivery of the annual reward cycle (salary review and STIP awards) globally in collaboration with HRBP and Digital HR colleagues
  • Provide an independent and responsive job evaluation and benchmarking service to HRBPs within agreed time and quality standards
  • Perform all reward benchmarking activities (including salary survey review, market analysis & pay positioning) to agreed quality standards
  • Support the development and implementation of global job architecture and salary structures
  • Input into the annual compensation survey submission process, obtain insights and monitor market trends to deliver data driven insights and recommendation
  • Support the delivery of financial and non-financial Recognition schemes
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc Reward reports and analysis that support global and regional reward projects as required
  • Support HRBPs and People Leaders to leverage reward solutions
  • Work with external providers, as appropriate, to deliver agreed Reward plans and activities
  • Constantly look for opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Reward delivery
  • Develop procedures to monitor, assess and improve the delivery of existing programs
  • Liaises with the People Success organization to ensure the effective delivery of Reward processes
  • May be asked to support on Mobility and Benefits initiatives from time to time where capacity allows.
